Cancellation & Refund policy

Cancellation less then 48 hours prior to departure date and time or no show: 100% cancellation fee – no refund. Cancellation more then 48 hours prior to departure date and time: refund 75% of the full tour price (25% of the full tour price will be held back as cancellation fee). Note: For Special Offer and Group Bookings, further restrictions apply. Private Tour-bookings are not refundable. Flying Cloud reserve the right to cancel a tour. The main reason for such a cancellation would usually be due the minimum number of tour participants is not reached or due to dangerous weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation of your tour, the only obligation of the tour operator is to either provide you with a full refund of any monies paid to you for the tour cancelled or to offer you an alternative date for the tour. Any expense associated with date changes such as flight amendments/cancellations, accommodation etc. is the sole responsibility of you, and not Flying Cloud.

Prices

Prices are per person and in Bahamian Dollars.

Payment

At time of booking you have to pay the full tour price. We will send you a sales receipt and booking confirmation.

Availability

The tours sold through this website are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. The tour is confirmed when your full payment is received and after we sent you a tax invoice and booking confirmation.

Tour Itinerary

Flying Cloud reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary whenever it is deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience and safety of the client at any time. In all cases, Flying Cloud will do its best to maintain the content, if not the order, of the tour.

What’s Included

The range of included services is in our brochures, on our website and in the booking confirmation of Flying Cloud. Changes and alterations of single points in our tour conditions which where necessary after signing the contract are agreed to as long as they don’t change the style of the tour significantly. Flying Cloud reserves the right to adjust the route slightly before the start of the tour.

Unclaimed Benefits

Should the client not be able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the tour operator, or should he not be able to complete the tour, he has no right to claim a refund.

Responsibility

Flying Cloud is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standards and the accurate description of services offered in its pamphlets. It is understood and agreed that Flying Cloud is not the guardian of any customers safety and they can not be held liable in any way for any occurrences in connection with the client’s participation on the tour. Flying Cloud disclaims all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages, accidents, injuries and costs you might incur as a result of joining our tour.

With your booking you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between you and Flying Cloud Ltd. The travel contract is accomplished by the written confirmation of Flying Cloud Ltd.

Flying Cloud Ltd securely stores your data in our booking system. Access to this system is limited within the company, and at no time can third parties access this archive.

Flying Cloud Ltd will keep your booking information for 12 months. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your personally identifying data.

Flying Cloud Ltd would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
